2000 dodge 3500 installed new vp went to clear codes and now no communication from ether the pump or ecm .check for power and ground at ecm all is good any help would be good.tried to start and seems like it wants to go but just smokes.
yes the vp is plugged in and the relay is good thinking the new vp is. bad found out there there has been problems with this company's pump in he past.
