no forward gears

I have no forward gears only reverse and neutral i put a gauge on it and when i put it in drive it shows a 100psi i am still learning and need a little help please

Put a gage on what? Are you having a tranny problem?

yes i have a 48re that i just built it has forward gears it just acts like its in neutral when put it in drive

Where did you put the gage at? What pressure are you reading? All forward gears need the rear clutch. Reverse uses the front clutch and the low/reverse band. Seems like something isn't allowing the rear clutch to work properly.
