No power I'n tell i get over 10mph

When i put my truck I'n drive the idle goes from 750 to590 then come up to 650 and i have no power intell i get over 10mph then i have my power back. What could it be? Can some one help me.

Tourqe converter not unlocking

Bc after 10mph i have power but nothing under that and I'n i hold the brake when i put it I'n drive there is nothing and it's slow to go I'n geer

Does it act like its not down shifting to first? If so might be bad kick down solenoid.

It shifting fine going down I'n the gears but up it is a little slow.
