No throttle

Got a 200 cummins when driving down the road and sometimes when u let off and go to get back into it there is no throttle, like the foot feed isn't doing anything and pretty soon it will come back. Sometimes worder if it is going to come back but it does. seems to be getting worse. Put a different throttle position sensor on it but it didn't help. Anyone have any idea what may be wrong?
