i tell you what that truck must have a healthy charger becuase thats the longest i have ever seen a powerstroke spool a turbo, before taking off. congrats to MoreMPH that truck ran pretty damn good, hopefully next year i should have my truck completely ready and reliable for next years pull
 
hmm just found this thread. Actually i had a pretty small charger on it at IRP alot smaller then i run on it at the end of the season. I had alot of little problems at indy. I usually dial it up and build a little heat in the motor before i take off the charger likes it better.
I also had a cps issue it shutdown at the end of the track on the first day It ended up being the cam gear was walking off the cam and had too much walk and was letting the gear get into the cam sensor, We shimmed it for sat then i had an electrical issue that caused something to go ape and blew a head gasket,

Oh yeah that was after putting a turbocharger on in the hotel parking lot the night before the first pull.


But it sure was fun see yall next year

I was the only Ford in street or ws at Schieds but its doesnt have a PSD. Also ate the rear end in the finals. Was a long year getting things figured out and just when I thought i did I put new tires on and back to square 1 with my bounce at Murfreesboro.
 
Sorry Bean but your truck doesnt count as a ford :-P


but yeah schied sucked this year, I had swapped to a larger frame charger just before the event because we junked my new s400 on the 12 valve and my s300 at a local pull, The charger i put on ran like ass, pulled the compressor cover saturday afternoon and got out the mic went from a 76mm charger to a 70 (oops) got that fixed now

and are 2.8 12 valve did better in the superstreet class then it did in the 2.8 class
