No WAIT TO START and Air dog 165 won't prime

I started plugging my truck up the other night been having some cold weather here in Kentucky. That morning it was -7 and started fine. After work the truck was very hard to start. After several min I realized the Wait to start light had not come on and my pump would not prime when the key was bumped. It will come on sometimes and when it does the Airdog will prime like it's supposed to. The Wait to start is only working 50% of the time now. It's a 99 Ppumped 24v. Does anyone know what causes the truck not to cycle though the pre start cycles??

Sounds like maybe your fuel was gelled. Did you put any treatment in your tank?

The crank sensor will cause you lift pump not to cycle if it still controlled by the ECM. As for your Wait to start light, the IAT, ECT and Battery Temp controls it.

Truck had treatment added. Still the wait to start has me puzzled sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it does the pump will cycle also. Battery temp controls the wait to start?

I don't think swapping the PCM would be as effective as swapping the ECM :stab:
