Nobody pulls in SC?

I've been stationed close to Columbia for two years and haven't heard of a single pulling event anywhere near me. The closest I've found or heard of is WAAAY upstate around North Carolina. Can anyone point me in the right direction or do they just not go on around my area?
 
Man I wanna know too. Im kinda in love with a girl that lives in South Carolina, and if there was a pull to go to, that would make the trip to see her even more worthwhile.
 
We run one in White Plains, GA, it may be a bit too far for you. Our website is http://www.libertyanitquetractorpull.com. We will have a all Diesel Truck and Tractor event called Smokin' 2011 on Oct 1st. There is one called Golden Corner Truck and Tractor pull in Westminister, SC. There was one closer to Colombia but it got shut down for noise ordinance issues.

Saluda Young Farmers has a NTPA pull around August sometime and will have some diesel truck classes after the NTPA pull.

I found out about that one not too long ago and got excited til I saw when it was. That's the same weekend as Cruisin the Coast down in Biloxi,MS. We're goin down that weekend for the car show and seein Jamey Johnson play at the Hard Rock Casino.
