I have read up on alot of the VE to P-pump swaps, but seems most are 91.5-93 Incercooled trucks that already have the 7mm head. I am going to go to a 7mm head, so that is no problem. I know I have to change pump, lines, injectors, timing gear, cover and thats it right? Or do you have to change the pistons? I have read that there are bowl differences. I thought i had read where weston said you could shim the injectors so that the spray pattern would be contained in the bowl, but can't find it. don't want to melt a piston due to bowl/spray problems...any help appreciated....
