NP271 Tranfer Case for sale

I have a 271 out of an '03 dodge, has a slip yoke style output in the rear, needs rebuilt (low miles, got water in it) make me an offer. -Tom
 
It has about 45K on it and pretty much just needs a new set of bearings. A complete rebuild kit (less a chain) is around $300, and a rebuilt is aroung $750, I will take $300 for mine. It is disassembled right now but all the parts are there.

does that fit on a 03-06 as well?
