I have a mostly complete NV4500 conversion.
The tranmission was a working unit that was removed for a 6 speed.
The following parts are included:

Transmission, appears to be a 1999 according to the tag, but has an early bottle top on it and I can swap it to the 4 bolt top, with the corresponding 4 bolt shifter.
Trans also has an aftermarket 1-3/8" input, not sure if it's a billet one or a generic one.
Also available is the OEM input and bearing retainer, at a reduction in price if you don't want the 1-3/8" input.

1998-2002 Pedals and Hydro bracket.

NV4500 Diesel Bellhousing, w/fork.

Very decent 1998-2002 Console with nice boots.

OEM hydros for 1998-2002.

Also included is an NP241DLD from a 1997, which is still attached to the tranny.

ALL of the above for $1700 with 1-3/8" input, $1500 with 1-1/4" input.

Also have a 1998-2002 MANUAL TRANS steering column and either a 1998 OR 2000 BCM for manual trans as options, if you need them.

I won't sell the 4-bolt top until tranny sells, IF noone wants the 4-bolt top.

Sold the basic tranny after I converted it back to 1-1/4" input for the gentleman, SO I NOW HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

1-3/8" input with bearing retainer, $250 SHIPPED.

Bellhousing with fork, $250 SHIPPED.

1997 NP241 DLD for a 5 speed, worked nice when removed, $300.

1998 NV4500 4WD CORE, snapped the main shaft right behind the 3-4 synchro assembly (never seen that before!), was a great functioning trans right before this, has the earlier shift cover from the rebuilt tranny on it now, still has an 1-1/4" input and is nearly full of lube, as is, $400.

I got a quote from freightcenter.com for around $235, from a local terminal to a business with a F/L.

Picked up another 1998 4WD NV4500 that's a lower miles rebuilt and has the aftermarket cast iron extension housing.
Includes a bell fork and 4 bolt shifter assembly, $1150.
