I have a nv4500 4x4 no bellhousing. Southbend XL input shaft. The only issue is that the bottom of the case had a hairline crack. So I had it welded and had a drain plug installed also. No issues works perfect. $900 obo located in NE ohio. If you need any more info call or text Kody at 3303898649.
