I called all over today trying to find some castrol syntorque 75-80 for my NV4500. I finally went to the dealer & they gave me oil that says NV3500 on the front instead of NV4500. Is this oil the same as the NV4500 oil or different?

I got fluid for my NV 5600, and the dealer gave me fluid for NV 3500 an told me that its used for all three.

try dan @ quad4x4.com he usaly has the stuff in stock and great to deal with

The 3500 and 5600 take a 5-30 ish transmission fluid, the 4500 takes a 75-90 gear oil.

Like Sledpuller said,
NV4500 takes a GL-4 Rated fluid 75w-90, the other NV's T350, NV 1500, NV 2550, NV 3500, NV 3550, NV 5600, take a 5w-30 Manual Synchromesh lube, Make sure it's for the NV4500 the GL-4 rateing has something to do with the fiberous synro's in that trans.

You are the man, thanks guys. The NV4500 takes P/N 4874459, actually found a dealer who doesn't suck. I wish that I would have checked before I left the dealer yesterday. You would think that they would know, I gave them my vin, Duhh!!
