NV4500 in an '07

Is bellhousings the same from an '00 24v NV4500 and amn '07 48re? My buddy wants to put my nv4500 in is '07 w/ 48re. Is it direct bolt up? I know I'll need the normal swap items.

the question was "would it work?" from my understanding it would bolt right up. may have to play with flywheels and clutches to get it right. i am unsure how the PCM will react to the swap? any input on this

dont forget to space out the starter from the flywheel.
