Nv4500 swap 4wd or 2wd

I have a full swap (minus the hydros and clutch ) I bought everything to rebuild and swap this into my 96 but I'm kind of wishing I can keep the automatic for racing purposes. Details on the trans: it came out of a 97 4wd truck. It blew 3rd gear. I bought a new countershaft and new 3rd gear. The rebuild kit includes all syncros bearings seals. It comes with a new top cover with brand new shift forks and rods. The pedals are out of a 01. The driveshaft has a brand new carrier bearing. So. Here it what your getting :

Bell housing with clutch fork
Pedals
Shifter
Shift tower
Shift tower kit
2wd 31 spline main shaft
2wd tail housing with speedo hole
Counter shaft
3rd gear
Driveshaft
Rebuild kit
Universal shifter boot from jegs.
If I'm missing more ill post it but I'm pretty sure that's everything I bought
