I have a 98 3500 with the NV4500 setup and I am getting ready to take it all out. I am going to install my Allison setup. I do not know what it is worth or what to ask for it. If you are interested in it let me know.

I have all of it, INCLUDING the 29 spline NP205, as well as a 4WD NV4500, BOTH shifters, block plate, flywheel, starter, bell housing, pedals, etc.
