nv4500 swap problems

Just put a nv4500 and a dana 80 in my 94 12v and now while going down the road it feels like its pumping in and out of gear in all gears have replaced both u points and still have noise any ideas
 
new, used, or rebuilt trans? does it pop out while driving under acceleration or when you left off the throttle?
 
Video might help, what's the tach doing when this happens, any noises?
 
2wd or 4x4? what noise is it making? like a bearing howling? did you check shaft endplay before installing? if i am understanding what your describing, you could have worn bearings and its moving back and forth.
 
I didn't check that bit its not a howling noise just feels like its coming Outta gear or letting go
 
this is my brothers truck It kinda bangs you can hear it and feel it it is not constant just once you take off it will do it atleast once in random gears getting up to speed
