NV4500 to 47re conversion

i have a 2001 truck with the nv4500 5 speed. i am looking at doing more drag racing and a little towing, no more than 10k. for the most part its just a hot rod. anyone done this? where to get a computer and wiring harness for the trans? i already have the trans. what else would i need?

Best bet would be find a 47RH, and put that in there.

The 47re is electronic, 47rh is not. You selling the NV4500? My buddy is looking into swapping his auto for a 5 speed. He has everything that you would need for your conversion.
