Trying to eliminate the leaky brass fuel return plumbing on an 02 motor. Can anyone tell me what kind of fittings will work in place of the banjo bolt on the back of the head, and also what size is the banjo fitting that goes around the overflow valve on the vp44. Looking to go to 3/8" hose slid over push loc fittings instead of the factory setup.

For the back of the head you could use a m14 x 1.5 o-ring boss to a 3/8 (-6AN) JIC male, then use a 90* JIC Female to -6 push lock. For the overflow valve just use a m14 banjo bolt and get a m14 banjo pushlock fitting. Then get a union "T" with 3 male JICs. Then get 3 female to pushlock fittings. You could just use a union T with 3 hose push lock fittings on it, but I would rather use the JIC fittings at the T.

Thanks!! Rebuilding this motor, trying to make it nice and tight! This will help!
