What would happen if a 6x6 vehicle tried to enter a sled pull? Someting like this (but with a diesel of course :D ):

I know i saw one of these back in the mid 90's as a prototype from dodge but i dont think they were ever produced. Most rules say it must be OEM wheel base for a 1 ton and smaller vehicle meaning it must have been put into production, which this doesnt fit, so exhibition, the way i see it.
 
exhibition for sure... it really doesn't fit in any other class.
 
there is one of those just about about 2 miles from where i live at just sitting there i dont think its moved for at least a year but its a V10 was for sale dont know if it still is i think a company called T-REX built them after dodge didnt always thought it would be alot of fun to have and trail ride with maybe put in a pull just to see what it would do
 
Weight would be another problem. its hard to get a duely to make weight, let alone a truck with an extra axle and wheels. But it would still be cool to watch it pull!

I know the truck your talking about and its pos. I went to school with the kid that used to own it and he pulled it a few times and it didnt do very good. Hopped like a ford til he broke the driveshaft going to the 2nd axle.
 
there is an OBS ford that was made 6x6 with a huge lift on it somewhere in Pa, its white with purple flames or something and it was for sale when i saw it...looks bad ass for sure

yea i thought that i heard that he had broke that driveshaft didnt know that was how but that kid has always tore the hell out of anything he has owned or should i say that has been given to him but oh well
