Monitor and run it!

Jim

for real? did a little reading, it could be a range of different things, some say the injector could be bad and its just pissing fuel. is there a oil gallery close to that cylinder? a few say it could be the head gasket.
im not seeing a abnormal oil consumption, no haze in the exhaust. no mix of oil and coolant. no excessive blow by. dont really know what to make of it.

Seen it a lot on engines. Might use a little oil most likely a bad valve seal. Like Jim said Run it

Have a truck with 260k,

It's about 3x worse than, 1 & 2 cylinders. Been this way since I owned it and started turning it to 3k+. Eats about a gallon a oil change.

Run it! Jim is correct just monitor it.

Some of the simplest solutions are the best...dont forget your oil cooler housing on top where the turbo oil feed line is...
