where exactly is the oil cooler? if anyone has pictures please post for me. and why would a bad oil cooler cause coolant puking? thanks olred07

The oil cooler is located down in the valley of the motor. Underneath the oil filter housing, fuel filter housing and underneath the front of the intake manifold.

and yes a clogged/bad oil cooler will cause puking..in most cases its cause by a bad EGR cooler..

so deleting the egr system will solve the oil cooler probems?

not if the current oil cooler is bad. Deleting EGR once the oil cooler is replaced yes.
