-4 should be fine...I've use 1/4" hydraulic hoses and they haven't had any issues yet!

I have all the fittings and hose to do the -4 I just did not want to starve the turbo...

I used 6 once and it started blowing oil through the compressor side. Some people told me you can over feed a turbo with oil and blow the seal. It was rebuilt with a 4 put back on it and has been fine ever since. Turbo was a S-300

I run a -6 to my big charger. I have it routed under the manifold and a -6 AQP fits in the bracket for the heater lines. I had the fittings and lines already. But I have a -4 TFE going to the small charger.
