hey guys i had oil and almost like a sludge coming from my turbo so i took off the exhaust manifold and ports 1 3 and 5 were wet...... any ideas on what it could be........ motor was rebuilt..... third time it has been started.... valve seals? rings? any help would be appreciated.... thank u...... trucks in sig

were the valve seals replaced during rebuild?
total time engine has ran, and at just idle?

reason being is that the exhaust wont create enough pressure to keep the oil from coming down the exhaust valve stem (they dont actually have seals per say, because of the temps)

I would say go out and drive it around, get it nice and warm, if there is still oil you have a problem

the guy i got the motor from never said if the seals were replaced he just told me it had been rebuilt..... it might have ran for a totally of ten min.... just at idle..... the first time i started it it carried oil pressure fine..... but when i shut it off and tried to start it again i had all kinds of electrical problems so this time it said i had no oil pressure..... and it was idle pretty rough.... not like a knock but a fuel miss almost...

yeah it has so much smoke you cant stay in the barn...... it smoked a lot the frist time i started it to... but it sounded great....
