Oil Question

I used the search feature and didnt really see much answers. But i have a friend that has a 6.7, bone stock and he was asking me what oil i use, which is Rotella in my 5.9, and he asked if he could use it in his 6.7. The little that i could find, Rotella is low ash oil, but i didnt find a good enough answer.. Do any of you guys with 6.7s run Rotella T? Thanks in advance
