Speedometer is going backwards after 80 mph. Showing 50mph at 2600rpms in OD. Whats up with that. The speed sensor was replaced about 5 months ago. Could this be part of my fueling issue???

Tell me about it. I am really getting tired of it. I think i have my full built 12v engine sold so i might end up changing some crap with the 02. I just want it all fixed. Tired of trying all different crap and there is no one around here to go any of it.
 
Have you checked codes? I think you have a bad ecm or a bad ground going to the ecm. When my brothers ecm went, the truck started doing alot of wierd stuff like you are seeing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it has been a while. I believe the wire comes out of the harness plug from the ecm straight to battery terminal on drivers side battery. I was told to clean all grounds on my brothers truck & I cleaned them. There was one going to the block, one on the passenger side of the engine. You should be able to find them, if not I'll check my truck & find them.
 
I am supprised he hasnt chimed in on the tread.

I think the wires are corroded where i had to splice them. Maybe when i get all the stuff back on the truck i can see if that fixes the problem.
 
Didn't have anything to offer so figured I'd leave this one alone. I'm trying to cut back on my useless posts. It was either that or beer and I ain't giving up beer. LOL
