Only 52% throttle

HAd my dads truck in today, 2002 lb7 w/ 120k on it . Was doing a turbo down pipe, then went for s test drive. When I floored it at 50mph, it wouldn't down shift. Just lugged and tried to accelerate. I turned on the throttle % reader on the bully dog and the highest it read was 52%. I turned the chip down to stock power and still only got in the 50% throttle range. Bad tps? Any other ideas?

Was the sensor on the pedal. Got it fixed , and the pedal was hitting the floor so I shimmed it up , now it gets 100% throttle

Very interesting that didn't set a code! Any APP problems it puts the truck into reduced power mode, or at least it should have. Scary to think about it not shutting the truck down.

At any rate, glad you figured it out.
