Open rear end's suck!

Have a 97 4x4 NV4500 with an open rear end. I guess this truck was for the road warrior that just wanted 4wd to be cool and not really use it.

When you weld it don't forget to weld the ring to the pinion... big weak spot there.

I fixed my Chevy with a Dodge part once and it permanently took care of the one wheel squeal then I put a Ford part under the front so it wouldn't handle like it was a snowmobile and I called it Fudgy.
So much for cool stories, it's time for another log on the fire.
