Orings Help!!!!!

Is the any way to get my hands on the dimensions for machining the head for orings, my local machine shop ordered the tool for their CNC machine but cant get the deminsions to cut it. Theres no one else close that I know of and I need two heads done ASAP.

Best thing to do is give them a head gsk for a pattern.
