truck when driving shifts in and out drops speed raises rpms like cluths are slipping has had two new trannys in 3 months stock truck with 80 hp computer intake exhaust and waste gate wired

96 4 door 1 ton single two wheel drive

whats the issue?

Need more detail so someone can help you out. Does it do it all the time? when it is cold? What speeds? Is the engine light on?
 
Hopefully you have gauges on that wired shut turbo not a good idea for the 6.5 to wire shut the turbo w/g, especially without gauges.

Do need more info, if you have a SSD reflash that advertises 80 Hp, it isn't going to give that.

New trans or replacement used trans, have your stock PCMN still ??? quite possible if burning up trans the shift points in your reflash are incorrect causing premature death, these 2 trans that died have the problem before or after the changed PCM.

Tomorrow I'd give folks a Heath Diesel a call let them know what you are up against, they will set you straight.
