how much work is it to swap cams in a pump?

(how many hours should a pump shop charge or would they only do it if you are rebuilding the unit)

when running a custom cam that has a steeper ramp does it change how much timing you can run?

gonna guess there is no accurate chart for a starting point for timing a pump that has a cut cam in it

if that is true what is the process for installing one?

When swapping the pump cams it's best to have the pump calibrated and set on a pumpstand

Its pretty much a complete teardown and then set back up and flowed on a bench. $1,600 be my wild guess
