I have a complete, running 96 12 valve 2wd and one 99' 24v 4wd with a bad injector pump.

Since i already have a complete 12valve.. what all is involved to get my 24 valve running on a p7100?

To my understanding since you have the 12v and 24v you will have just about everything you need other than fuel lines. You'll need your injectors worked to run with the p-pump. Something you may want to consider is using the 12v block since it has 14mm mains and swapping your pistons from the 24v into it if you plan to do any competition in the future, it would save you some headache IMO.
I know there is a list of things that have to be altered to run a ppump but I am not too knowledgable in this particular department lol.

A bunch of searching a reading would be a good start, then pull the cam out of the 24v and all that is evolved with that, put the 12v timing case on the 24v and put the cam back in. Get the oil feed for the p-pump worked out, get some p24v conversion lines. Bolt the pump on, set the timing and figure out the apps cable setup you want to run, you can make something work with the 24v apps bracket. youll need an intake spacer so the horn will clear the injection lines. Get a new injector for the 24v to replace the one thats bad. Wire that fuel shutoff solenoid to the starter and key on. Put it back together and drive. I might have missed something...

if you use the 12v block you will loose your factory tach since there is no provision in the 12v block for the 24v crank sensor, you will also need the cam sensor adaptor. also you can get a bracket that will allow you to use your 24v apps or you can rewire the 12v apps which ever you want to do, i used the 24v apps on mine to save from having to change throttle cables and tv cables

He shouldnt need the cam sensor adapter for a 99. only the 01/02 trucks use the cam sensor for the tach, alternator, and lift pump.

Why not just swap in the 12v and sell the 24v? No conversion parts needed to make it run, and you have a complete engine to sell afterwards.
