About a month ago my check engine light came on and I read the code with the sct. (MAF Mass or volume air flow circuit range/performance Restricted air flow, faulty sensor, contamination, intake air leak, faulty PCM), I cleared the code and went on with my business. Last weekend I cleaned the air filter-Afe stage 2 xp, only roughly 5k miles on it so it was dirty and I took the mass sensor off and cleaned that with mass airflow cleaner and re-assembled. Driving it yesterday the check engine light came back on. The truck runs fine, doesn't sputter, shrug or anything. What do I check next? Is there a way to check and see if the sensor is bad? Any ideas?
