p0215

I bought a wrecked 02 to fix, right now I"m waiting on some more parts before ill be ready to crank it but out of curiosity i checked the codes today and i have a p0215 fuel injection pump control circuit. iv worked on a lot of vp trucks with bad pumps and i don't recall ever seeing this code before. Mitchell doesn't give a bad vp as a possible cause of the code but i guess what I'm looking for is someone to tell me its more than likely not the pump. I' in the truck pretty cheap right now and I'm hoping to keep it that way...
