What's the deal when these codes fire all in one round. I picked a truck up, cleared all codes, and these three fired off immediately after restart.

Truck start perfect. Idles perfect. Doesn't feel to have any power on the top side of the RPM range. Truck doesn't have any excessive black, white, or blue smoke. Not even any at start up.

The truck is a 1999 3500, Auto, 4wd

Question answered. Changed fuel filter since i just bought the truck. Truck started, stumbled, died. Won't restart. I have pressure to the VP, and it won't run.
 
I ended up cracking injector lines and getting it started. Truck runs great. Idles perfect without a hickup. It just has no top end power. Almost as it is in limp mode. I still have code 1688 and 0251. I clear them with a scan tool, and they come right back the truck is taken for a drive. Almost immediately after putting the vehicle in drive.
