P0341 help?

camshaft position sensor code, tach dosnt work and lose about half the power. does it when i first start it then after driving for a while it all of a sudden works and i have power. need help. do i need to replace the sensor?

Yes change the sensor. You need to fill out your signature, so people can see what year your truck is and what has been done to it. Makes it easier for others to offer help.
