P061C ETC Level 2 Rpm Performance

Got this code today, the Red lightning bolt came on, I dont know what it means, it runs and drives fine. I have an airraid intake, EGR?Cooler Delete, DPF Delete, and an Edge Juice/Attitude. I clear all codes, start it up, and about 30 seconds later, red lightning bolt comes on, and throws the code again. Any Ideas?

Code Cleared. It was more than likely the exposed EGR valve plug got wet. Sprayed down with contact cleaner, everything is fine. Case Closed...
