parting out 01 4wd truck with new trans

parting out a 2001 dodge 2500 cummins ecsb with 203k on odometer, truck was hit on front passenger fender. new trans with a triple disc converter put in 10/1/12 with a 3yr warranty. truck also has brand new vp44 with new raptor 95 lift pump with less than 1000mi. -complete 24v engine from charge air cooler to adapter plate and ecm and harness: $2500 (Or if no one wants complete engine will sell long block with no accessories or pump or manifolds, or adapter plate for $1500)
-new transmission and triple disc converter: $1200
-3.55 ratio axles with anti spin rear: $450 each or $800 pair
-I have two nice short beds one black one white: $500 ea
-charge air cooler (intercooler): $100
-3 brand new less than 1000mi cepeck 315/75/16 on stock second gen wheels (4th is busted) $400
-rear driver side folding door: $100
-hood: $75
-dash is busted to pieces but have cup holders and bezel with straight cracks but no chips or pieces missing and rest of interior is in tact.
-sell complete truck (but no transfer case) for $3700

does the front end have the actuator in it? Or is it a solid axel? and is the rear a dana 70 disc?

I realize that the dash is busted to pieces, dash top? I'm looking for the dash frame, these normally do not break, Mine did. If its in good shape, and color is agate, I'm interested.
