Here is a quick list of what I have still. There are more items if you go through the pictures.
-Instrument Cluster, works fine, a few scuffs on the cover and a broken piece on the face
-Stock 2006 Mega Cab Front and Rear Seats (dirty but in good shape) OBO
-3rd Gen Business Console, Complete. Dirty but in good shape. $500
-2nd gen Headlight Switch w/ Fog Lights OBO
-Pedal Assembly, Non Adjustable OBO

-Fuel Tank W/Sending unit/Fuel Pump OBO
-Rear Driveshaft 2 piece (Built By Drivelines Unlimited, Has Brand New Spare Carrier Bearing) $600

-2 AFE Pro Guard 7 Filters. 1 has about 15k and the other has a lot. OBO

-Set of corbeau LG3 WIDE seats. 1 is in pretty bad shape, seat back is twisted, stained and some rips. The other is really dirty. Would be great for a dune buggy or something. OBO
-bunch of other random stuff, tail lights, some 2nd gen interior pieces (headlight switch, etc), ford raptor rear leafs, etc. take a look at the pictures and let me know what you want with a offer.
