So the smaller parts are definitely part of a snap ring , assuming 2ed gear clutches because it doesn't want to shift out of second without flooring it and then letting off all the way. But what it the larger bracket with the holes in it.
Before anyone says anything I know I drive a 03 but it has a 47re November 02 build date so I figured it was better off posted in here

Pretty common. Snap ring pieces from od unit most likely. Put it back in adjust band and run it.

Also Truck won't shift fully into park, It Started not shifting so I drove it to my shop approx 10 min away, moved it around the lot the next day and that's when it wouldn't go into park. The Snap ring might be about 2 3/4 inch around, I matched up the parts I found. More broken parts of the ring named up somewhere? Thoughts?

Finding parts in either pan is never a good thing....I thought I was the only one that had luck like that.

Up and running now. Front band was so loose I could just about snap the strut back in by hand. I wasn't going into park because the anchor was wedged between the park rod and the vb. so looked it over the band is just about worn to the rivets and now the adjusters are wayyyy cranked out but it shifts great. Gonna have to put my Spair tranny in soon lol.

So I hear everyone talking about red lubeguard is it worth while?? Also how much should I add to the tranny if its any good?
