Will a 94-97 PCM run a 98.5-02 truck?

Do the gauges have a different signal or what? I ask because a 98 12 harness and PCM isnt ripe in the boneyard these days.

U could use your 24v ecm and you can adapt the crank sens on a 12v to work. I dont think the 12v will work for you. My brother could maybe chime in and tell u how to wire up the 12v cps so you have a tach

Its a 12v swap, dont wand to screw with the tone ring sensor crap.

He said its easy. I would just use youre 24v computer, and be done with it then you dont have to spend any money on something that will not work. We have a basket case truck at the shop that is a 02 with a 12v and the stock 12v cranks sens was used for the tach.

he roach I got a pcm for an 01 HO truck if that will help you?

What parts did they use to make it work? The 24v PCM with the 12 harness or the 24v ECM and harness pluged into the 24v PCM?

I'll keep that HO ECM in mind, I may need it.
