Wasn't sure to post this in the Dodge or Ford section, since it adapts both to each other.
Short story. I bought a 2003 Ford Excursion with a 12 valve Cummins in it. I decided to pull out the automatic transmission and put in a manual. For sale is everything I took out:
5R110W transmission. This was supposedly rebuilt less than 8,000 miles ago, including all new solenoids, etc. That being said, the guy I bought this from didn't give any receipts to me, so his word is the only thing I have to go on. Something in the transmission let loose on our trip back from Wisconsin, and it seems to only have 1st and 3rd gear, and reverse. We've been driving it like this for the past couple months as needed, and have put about 1,500 miles on it. The transmission definitely needs gone through before reinstalling it.
NV273F electric shift transfer case. This is in great working shape, and shifts great.
Heavy duty torque converter. Again, I don't have the receipt on this, but he said it was replaced at the time the transmission was rebuilt. He said it was built to hold 800 hp. The torque converter does look like it was recently replaced, so I would tend to believe him.
Engine adapter plate and Heavy duty flex plate. These are both from Diesel Conversion Specialists. It adapts a 1989-2002 Cummins to the 5R110 transmission. These are both in very good condition. http://dieselconversion.com/catalog/Adapter-Plate-Kits/DCS-CUMMINS-ADAPTER-KIT-1368P
PCS Programmable Electronic Transmission Controller. This is the TCM-2000 unit, and allows full programming of everything related to the transmission. http://www.powertraincontrolsolutions.com/product/TCM2000/
PCS TCM-4119 wiring harness. This connects the 5R110 transmission to the PCS programmable controller.
Misc: USB to Serial adapter. Bracket to mount the transmission dipstick, and dipstick. Shift cable. Steering column and cover.
Everything is on a pallet. I'll bind it down and ship it to your local Fastenal. $1800 for everything and I'll pay for shipping. Or come pick it up and I'll take $1500 for everything. Call/text 865-5six7-35O8.
