PCS neutral safety wiring 4r100

Im just wiring up my PCS in my 03 F250 conversion and for th elife of me i can get the neutral safety wired up..I've been able to match up 5 of the 6 unterminated wires from the PCS harness, but i cant match the blue/orange wire..I guess if i cant find the wire to properly setup the neutral safety switch is there a way that i can override that system?

I've read that you can jumper one of the wires from connector C1381a to bypass the system..well i cant find c1381a, can anyone point me in the right direction..
