So your getting away from the K31? It should work good,close to the GT42R flow if I remember correctly.I had done one on my 7.3 Excursion at one time with bigger exhaust housing & it was laggy.I always wanted to try a smaller housing.op:

I wish I could answer the questions but I'm no turbo expert. Sorry about the pics. I just found out they are doing some work and can't post them. I sent Mike a pm to get him over here. I think he'll like the site.
