Planning Modifications

Since I am going through a long recovery period from Quadruple Heart Bypass surgery, I think this may be a good time to plan the mods for my 1994 2500 12v 5 speed truck. Truck is a daily driver with periodic 6,000# towing. Here is a list of parts I've been gathering or planning to purchase so far. Some pieces are already installed:
4" exhaust, BHAF, #5 Fuel Plate, 4k GSK kit, 60# valve springs, .024 Delivery Valves, HE351 Turbo.
What would be a good choice for injectors? Set of stock 215hp? Bigger?
Any comments about my planned setup?
What am I looking at, about 300-325 hp?
 
I was thinking that since the original Turbo is in poor shape, the HE351 would give me a little "growing room"
 
if you get some 370's or something of the same size in the correct spray pattern, 400 to 450hp wont be out of the question on a good tune.
 
I may try the setup with the stock injectors and stock turbo first and see what happens. Maybe EGTs won't get too high.
