Can you tell me more about what year this tailgate comes off of ?

I wonder if it would be a direct fit for my 91 W250 Longbed 4x4.

Mine is thrashed, and I am looking for a new one. I would love to put this style on if it would bolt up.

I think it is just the plain jane tailgate that comes on the stripped down models My 89 was two tone and has the fancy gate with all of the trim. I just pulled some parts off of a slant six truck that had the same gate it was also an 89. Rich
