please help clutch question?

i got a buddy wanting to some trading and he got a 2007 5.9l. what he has to trade is a sb street dual disk clutch my question is what is the difference between that and sb street dual disk clutch for a nv5600?please help!

There is a integral spacer on the crank side of the flywheel that pushes it rearward approx 1/2".
