1693 is a companion code. prolly a code in the ecm of the trans. and for the 1694 check your fuses in the under hood power distribution box

fuses good connections all good theres a ecm for manual trans?

Take the two bolts out so you can move the fuel filter out of the way so you can unplug the ECM harness from the ECM. It has a six point socket head cap screw in the middle of the connector so take that loose first. Then unplug it and spray it with contact cleaner and get it clean and dry. Sounds like the ECM isn't getting data to the other electronics in the truck. See if that helps. And there is a diagnostic plug down there close to the ECM on the same harness. I believe your juice is plugged into it. Unplug it and try it without the Juice, then clean it good an put it back. If the bus contacts have some water and are shorted out, the rest of the truck won't have a clue what the ECM is doing.

Try that. Maybe it will help.

PS.(I had to edit so the post won't match the original now)
