Po121 Apps?

got a dead pedal situation. before you say its the VP, let me tell you that it has a new SO vp44 and a Fass 150/150 feeding it. I am getting the Po121 code. TPS range/performance....... It usually goes dead about 15% throttle. I tried resetting the Apps and tried to adjust it to the .491v as stated on the back of my sensor from looking at threads that I searched before. Problem is that when I get it to the right voltage, it shows 6% on the Tps and is idleing at about 1280rpm. what should I do? is my sensor bad? If it is bad, should I just go with a Timbo sensor? Help me out guys, this truck is pissing me off.

I got it squared away with the proper reset procedure. Many thanks to Timbo for the info.
