Polish or powder coat? The rims are dulling,,

I'm leaning towards the easy way out right now and wonder would you do it again? Is flat black as easy to clean as shiny? Did you have your lugnuts coated too? How about center caps?

i say powder coat... i hate polishing aluminum!!!! i think i would leave lug nuts and center caps for some contrast. i think it would all go well with ur current colors.

I powder coated my old style Mickey T's after polishing and wet sanding for 12hrs and they still looked like poo. The powder coat cleans with soap and water. I left center caps and lugs chrome. Ill try to get a pix later.

I sandblasted mine and had a buddy powdercoat them black... they used to be polished aluminum years ago, but I hated trying to keep them clean. I sandblasted the centercaps too and painted them myself. Just using the stock lugnuts right now...

Polish. Its not fun, but looks better, in my opinion. Just not a fan of black rims.
