Poly engine mounts on my 02 ram

hi, I am trying to change my engine mounts, I order the correct kit from energy suspension and now ... I do not have the same engine mounts. I know there are fit to make but so much? What I do with it? :redx:

02 ram, 5.9 cummins with nv5600

I bought the same thing. I thought it would be an easy pop in replacement. Wrong. In the directions it says to remove material to make fit. After several hours and alot of name calling i gave up on this stupid idea. I found some good ruber mounts that i had and went with that. What a joke this was. And a waste of my time and money.

I think it would be easier to buy V10 engine mount and weld a plate to fit on cummins than remove material, BTW that sucks

I put them in my 12 valve engine mounts and had no problems at all. I didn't even have to cut any off.

i didn't have to grind much off mine. took longer, actually, to get the mounts off of the motor than to put the inserts in.

as I understand, the 5.9 cummins HO (00-02) dont have the same engine mount as the oldiest

I will try to found someone who speak english more than me eheh, but i have a suggestion... is it possible for the engineer to make a mold of this model full. For the instalation we burn and clean the old rubber and press de new poly mount and the triangle in center. Its will be solid and effective.

Wow i'm so happy the pics i have send is without some little fitting to do, it's almost perfect and tight fit!!. Do you will make the change on your catalogue for know if i can tell to people on cummins forum you have made de right part for the cummins H.O. model? .

original side of motor mount literraly pop-out due to engine mods. With this kit its fill the space you see in the pic and ..... hey i'm not an expert, i put them and it work, feel the engine more, and move a lot less in the hood, now its look solid. XD
